How does pricing work?+
All prices on Bambolunye Tours are set by the host in South African Rand (ZAR). When you visit from outside South Africa, we automatically display prices in your local currency — but the host is paid in ZAR. You can switch your display currency any time from the globe icon in the top bar.
Are my bookings confirmed instantly?+
Yes. As soon as the dates you select are available, the booking is auto-confirmed and a receipt is sent to your email. The host receives a notification with your contact details.
How do I become a host?+
Sign up at register as a host, then list your first property at /host/list-property. There are no setup fees — we only earn a small commission per confirmed booking.
What is the verified host badge?+
Hosts who submit ID and proof of ownership get a verified badge that appears on every one of their listings — it helps guests book with confidence. Request it at /host/verification.
Can I cancel a booking?+
Yes, before the check-in date. Open My bookings and tap Cancel on the booking. If you're cancelling within 48 hours of check-in, the host's cancellation policy applies — contact us through this form if anything is unclear.
